When do you ship my order?

We generally package and ship orders within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. However sometimes there could be delays due to availability at time of purchase or busy periods.

Where are you guys based?

We are 100% Australian owned and operated, based out of the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

How come your products are so cheap? Is there something wrong with them?

All of our products are brand new and genuine. We are able to offer great deals due to our relationships with our suppliers in sourcing high quality products at great prices. We want to pass this savings on to our valued customers.

How long will it take to receive my package?

This will depend on where you are located. Victorian customers can expected delivery times between 1-4 business days. Interstate customers can expect 3-5 business days. Regional customers can take up to 7 business days to receive an order. We use trusted couriers and Australia Post, however, no one is perfect and unfortunately delays can occur. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of our delivery partners and out of our control. Can I return my order?

If something your purchased from us is defective we may ask you to provide photographic evidence and some additional information. In the event that there is a legitimate issue we will replace or refund your defective products. We may, however, require you to send the defective item back to us for assessment. Where is my invoice after I purchase?
