We generally ship 1-2 business days after an order is placed. However sometimes there could be delays due to availability at time of purchase.
We are 100% Australian owned and operated, based out of the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.
All of our products are brand new and genuine. We are able to offer great deals due to our relationships with our suppliers in sourcing high quality products at great prices. We want to pass this savings on to our valued customers.
This will depend on where you are located. Victorian customers can expected delivery times between 1-4 business days. Interstate customers can expect 3-5 business days. We use trusted couriers, however, no one is perfect and unfortunately delays can occur.
If something your purchased from us is defective we may ask you to provide photographic evidence and some additional information. In the event that there is a legitimate issue we will replace or refund your defective products.
Once an order has been fulfilled you will receive an update email with a link to your invoice. Follow the link and you will be able to save or print a copy. If you have any issues, you can contact us via email at info@smoothsales.com.au.
