Click & Collect

Smooth Sales offers a free Click & Collect service for products that are in stock at our Moorabbin warehouse. Simply choose your product online, and you will see at checkout if your product is available for Click & Collect. Most Click & Collect orders are available for collection within one business day.

Collecting Your Order

Click & Collect orders will be available for collection after you have received an email from us confirming it is ready to be picked up.

Please ring the doorbell next to the roller door entry located to the left-hand side of the warehouse.

In order to collect your order, you can use the email copy on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo identification. If you authorised another person to collect your order, they will require photo identification together with the proof of purchase. Once the order has been collected, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items.

Non-Collection of Click & Collect Orders

We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 21 days once you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email. If your order is not collected within 21 days, we will cancel your order and issue you a store credit (no refund will be issued). We reserve the right to resell any products in your order if it is not collected within 21 days.
